Only, you have to imagine that the little boy is actually Selene and the woman doesn't die in the end. Other then that IT'S PERFECT for part of your back story.
Amelia: You need to get a life.
Mun: Sad, but true. Consider this vid as part of your history. Except, you would be immortal in some parts and mortal in others. SQUEEEE! Fun video.
Amelia: Freak.

The back stories that appear in this vid would include:

-The first time Matayas and Amelia see each other in years
 -Selene's birth and then giving her away...then Matayas finding out that Marcus knows where she is. So Matayas takes her and her new "family" away to live somewhere else
 -Matayas and Amelia fighting over how the situation is to be handled
-Matayas deceiving Amelia in order to save Selene (which he knows the elder would have wanted in the first place
-Matayas betraying the Council and fighting some Death Dealers sent to kill him. Being exiled.
-The development of the relationship between Amelia and Matayas that ends thanks to certain factors (shhhhush)
-Amelia's development into a very elegant yet slightly (haha) cold ruler
 -Him getting revenge for Shhhuuuuuuush, not yet.
-Marcus leading her to believe that Matayas was dead...hahahahhahaa and and..and...I'll stop before I burst with glee. I feel a writing challenge coming up, yes I do.

He is a sweet thing to look at, no? Very easy on the eyes. Well, the second movie does clarify some things with the elders. Unfortunately, by that time, Amelia was dead though she does make a cameo appearance in the beginning which hints at her relationship towards Marcus and Viktor, not to mention her own personality (very slight, indeed). The rest of what you see is me extrapolating who she is and how she acts, abilities, etc, by looking at the other other vamps in the coven and what's been written about her but we never actually saw in the movie (bastards!)

So, though her Knights never appear in the movie, they were alluded to in other places...I just choose the Knights. I believe I chose well, no? ;) However, the rest is just me filling in a past with fan fictions and (hopefully still plausable) RP woven around the fandom.

Yes, watch the movie. Bits and pieces make no sense whatsoever (I admit) but it's all in good fun.

Heh, heh, there is good reason for that. She had a whole of three minutes in the first movie...while Lycan elders were killing her. *Sigh*

I'm sure Frost would have loooooved to have seen that ;)
